I love these two!!! Just check them out throwing leaves at each other during their engagement session!
Lauren and J.J.’s wedding revolved around fate…J.J.’s baseball number was always 25, J.J. proposed on Lauren’s 25th birthday ON December 25th, and there are 25 diamonds in Lauren’s ring. So of course they HAD to get married on the 25th!!! Every part of their day had special meaning. They got married in Lauren’s childhood church where her grandfather was a preacher. The reception was at the Grady Cultural Center, which Lauren’s mom helped renovate into the beautiful space it is now. The groomsmen wore boutonnières with NY Yankees pins to showcase J.J.’s love of baseball. And the bridesmaids carried arrows covered in broaches Lauren collected from flea markets. The arrow represented their paths being lead in the same direction and was a major theme of the day.
Lauren and J.J.’s entire day was smokin’ hot (and not just because of the triple digit heat!). Thank you both for allowing me to celebrate with you!
