This styled wedding came straight from the heart. It all started with this vision I had of blankets and ice tea and bunting. The amazing Shannon Reeves of Shannon Reeves Events helped me pull it all together. She found the most perfect vintage furniture from Hemstitch Vintage Rentals and searched high and low for the sweet ’53 Chevy truck seen in the photos. The fabulous Missy Gunnels created the beautiful bouquet and our gorgeous couple – Hope and Joe – are newlyweds, so the chemistry was a piece of cake! Speaking of cake, Delights by Shirlyne took our vision and brought it to life with the simple, yet charming wedding cake adorned with homemade bunting. We worked with the talented genius of Alicia Rohan of A&P Designs to design the paper goods, which matched our charming picnic theme beautifully. The Southwood House provided the perfect backdrop for this Southern affair.
Simply Southern and simply perfect.
